You may be asking yourself what in the world is a Flooring Inspector and what is it that they do? Senior Inspectors are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). It is the highest level of achievement in the carpet industry. Senior Carpet Inspectors are qualified to give an expert opinion on all carpet related problems. IICRC Inspectors are recognized by all major carpet industry Trade Associations including the Carpet and Rug Institute and the Carpet Manufacturers Association of the West. In the past, the flooring industry used IICRC Certified Senior Carpet Inspectors when expert third party opinions are required. Much of the public is unaware that inspectors are available to the consumer. The role and Function of the Carpet inspector is to investigate and determine the causes of a complaint. His role is to gather only the facts surrounding the complaint. He must then determine the specific cause of the problem in each case. Following the inspection and investigation a written report that is accurate, objective and informative is delivered to the commissioning party. The credibility and integrity of the inspector is beyond reproach. His report will cover the following Items:

If you live outside our service area there is a mileage charge. We will advise you on how best to handle your claim. If you should file a suite in court we are able to appear as a expert witness on your behalf. You will receive a written report that is admissible in court. If we are unable to travel the distance to your inspection site we can refer you to IICRC certified inspector in your area.
