KNEE KICKER TEARS IN CARPET
The lines in the picture above are pointed towards the wall and were created by a power stretcher that was set at an incorrect setting. If the lines are created by bends in the yarn, the problem is correctable by steaming or steam cleaning. If yarns were pulled out of the carpet, the problem might be correctable by a procedure called 'reburling'.
