Chlorides Test Strips, (HCl Acid)

This test is design for find the presents of hydrochloric acid.

The top picture was taken with a flash and shows one Chloride Titration Strip in a yellow spot that measured 6.7 on the pH scale. The other strip was place adjacent to it in an unaffected area that measured 7.0. Note that the bottom photograph shows this spot and some of the other yellow spots to shine yellow under ultra-violet light indicating that there is urine present. The Chloride Titration Strip in the spot also shows two and half times more chloride indicating Muriatic acid residue.

The green spot was from placing a bleach test solution on this spot which measured 8.8 to 11.0 on the pH scale indicating that it is from beach. Also note that this spot does not shine under ultra-violet light in the lower photograph.
