Lees Commercial This report was commissioned by the management company and the
installer stretched in this Lees Commercial carpet.
Buckling From Power Stretching in
Length This report was done for the dealer. The mill agreed to pay half of the claim.
Average un-recovered extension in the length was1.8% and 1.7% in the width.

Errors On Olefin Berber This report was done for a consumer.
Installations
Errors Report made Humorous This report was done for the consumer and although it is a
serious report, the background information is humorous.
Seams
are Fuzzy from Double Cut This report was done for the carpet mill and the installer
cut through the middle of yarns on a pool pile creating a fuzzy seam.
Panels
Width to Wide This report was written for the end user and most of the panels were not
trimmed.
Bad Latex Bad Pad The CUSHION 7/16 Inch Rebond
and the DENSITY: 3 lb.s per cubit foot. The AVERAGE LATEX BUNDLE WRAP 58% and AVERAGE
LATEX PENETRATION 54%.
Bleach Spots from Railway Iron This
report was done for the carpet mill and there was an agreement in the end for the
installer, carpet cleaner, and homeowner to do a three way split for the repair.
Buckling on a Direct GlueDown This
report was done for the carpet mill and there were no legs found in the glue where the
buckling tock place.
Formaldehyde Fading on Acrylic This
report was done for a consumer after reconstruction of the his house. The contractor was
as fault.
- Installation Incorrect Pad1 This report
was done for a consumer. The cushion was 1/2 Inch Rebond 3 Lb./Sq. Ft.
- Installation Errors with Urine This
report was done for a consumer who did not pay the contractor for the work done. The
contractor loss in court in trying to collect his money.Their best defense was that the
consumer had destroyed the carpet with animal accidents.
- Seam Failure, no seaming adhesive
This report was commissioned by the mill and the problem reported was pulled yarns.
- Seam Sealer on Seams This report was commissioned
by the claimant.
- Seams are Fuzzy from Double Cut This
report was done for the carpet mill and they got low-lines from manufacturing too.
- Side Match from Installation Errors
The panels were too wide.
- Yarn
Slippage from too wide panels The panel widths indicated that the selvage was not
trimmed enough to satisfy standards.
- Unitary Back Carpet Rolled Once This
report was commissioned by the mill and installer installed two different carpet with the
same faceyarn pattern; one with an ActionBac and the other with an unitary backing. He
rolled both of them only once.
