Water Damage Reports 

1. Houston Flood destroys houses This report was written to get a family to leave their flood damage dwellings due to the health treats of mold.
2. El Nino rains enters house This report was written for the insurance company.
3. Water Damage Fraud This report was commissioned by the claimant to document over charges on a water damage claim.
4. BNC  Vs Staple This report was done for a homeowner who want the same carpet as they had before. However, the carpet mill had switched from staple to continuos filament nylon and the new carpet did not feel as thick.

6. Rug Stays Wet from Broken Pipe in Concrete This report was commissioned by the cleaner and nine months after cleaning this rug, he notices that it is still wet from the last time.
7. Twist Loss from Cable Yarn This report was done for the general contractor and Cable yarn is 'Singles Yarn' with a slight twist. It is very fat and is not heat set. This yarn look like a Berber at first, but after a small water damage, it stuck up and loss all of its twist.
